Opioid Addiction Treatment – Non-MAT Full Program

At Empowering Minds Body & Wellness Center, we provide safe, personalized care for opioid use disorder with flexible, evidence-based medication options. Our Non-MAT Full Program helps you stabilize, reduce cravings, and regain control over your life, with or without counseling.

All services are confidential, judgment-free, and tailored to meet your goals.


Suboxone Treatment (Counseling Required)


Program Overview

Suboxone is a safe, effective medication that helps reduce opioid cravings, minimize withdrawal, and support long-term recovery. Counseling is required as part of this program to ensure the best outcomes.


Pricing & Phases

Induction Phase – $325 (one-time)

  • Full psychiatric and medical assessment
     
  • Review of substance use history and treatment planning
     
  • Induction protocol and withdrawal stabilization
     
  • Initial Suboxone prescription and comfort medications
     
  • Follow-up check-in during the first week
     
  • Safety planning and relapse-prevention support
     
  • Goal: Ensure a safe and successful start
     

Stabilization Phase – $225/month (first 1–3 months)

  • Biweekly or monthly follow-up visits
     
  • Dose adjustments and symptom monitoring
     
  • Prescription management
     
  • Urine drug screening as clinically indicated
     
  • Goal: Find the ideal dose and build early stability
     

Maintenance Phase – $175/month (for stable patients)

  • Monthly follow-up visit
     
  • Ongoing prescriptions and counseling support
     
  • Continued monitoring and relapse-prevention planning
     
  • Goal: Maintain stability and prevent relapse
     

Medication Cost: Prescriptions are filled at a pharmacy. Generic options are available.


What to Expect – Suboxone

First Visit (about 60 minutes)

  • Complete psychiatric and medical assessment
     
  • Review of opioid use history, withdrawal patterns, and treatment goals
     
  • Confirmation that Suboxone is the appropriate treatment
     
  • Development of your induction plan and counseling schedule
     
  • Clear instructions on when and how to take your first dose
     

Induction Phase

  • Guided transition onto Suboxone to safely reduce withdrawal

  • One 60-minute counseling session per month
     
  • Goal: Reduce cravings and provide extra support for long-term recovery
