At Empowering Minds Body & Wellness Center, we provide safe, personalized care for opioid use disorder with flexible, evidence-based medication options. Our Non-MAT Full Program helps you stabilize, reduce cravings, and regain control over your life, with or without counseling.

Suboxone Treatment Program (Opioid Use Disorder)

Personalized, outpatient medication support with optional counseling for safe, structured recovery.


Program Overview

This Suboxone program is designed to reduce opioid cravings and withdrawal symptoms while supporting recovery in a flexible outpatient setting. This is a non-full MAT program, meaning care focuses on medication management and clinical oversight rather than daily dosing or mandatory group therapy. Counseling is strongly recommended but not required.

Induction Phase — $325 (one-time)

  • Full psychiatric and medical assessment

Maintenance Phase — $175/month

Is counseling required?

Important Note:
Naltrexone prescriptions are filled at a pharmacy. Medication costs are the patient’s responsibility and are not included in program fees.

Drug Screening


Drug screening is used to support safety, monitor progress, and guide treatment. It is not punitive and is never used as a reason to withhold care.


Oral Swab Drug Screen

  • Included as part of your program when clinically appropriate
     
  • Used routinely or periodically based on treatment needs
     
  • Confidential, non-punitive, and judgment-free
     

Confirmation Urine Drug Screen (UDS)

  • $100 per test
     
  • Performed only if oral swab results are:
     
    • Unclear
       
    • Unexpected
       
    • Clinically inconsistent
       
  • Sent to a certified laboratory for confirmatory testing
     

Drug testing frequency and type are determined by clinical judgment, not punishment.

Counseling Services


Counseling is optional unless otherwise specified by your individualized treatment plan.


When selected, counseling provides structured support focused on:

  • Relapse-prevention strategies
     
  • Coping skills and emotional regulation
     
  • Goal-setting and recovery planning
     
  • Support for co-occurring mental health concerns
     

Counseling Options

  • Included Counseling:
    Some programs offer a Medication + Counseling track that includes one 45–60 minute counseling session per month.
     
  • Optional Counseling:
    Counseling may also be added to any medication-only program.
     

Additional Counseling Sessions

  • $100 per 45–60 minute session
     
  • Available as needed based on clinical goals and patient preference
     

Counseling may be provided by licensed professionals through coordinated care arrangements. Services are confidential, supportive, and judgment-free.
