This is a non-full MAT program, meaning care focuses on medication management and clinical oversight rather than daily dosing or mandatory group therapy. Counseling is strongly recommended but not required.

Is counseling required?
No. Counseling is not required but is strongly recommended. Many patients benefit from added support, while others choose medication-only care.
What does “Non-Full MAT” mean?
This program does not include daily dosing, mandatory group therapy, or intensive clinic attendance. Care is outpatient, flexible, and medically managed.
How often are appointments?

Important Note:
Naltrexone prescriptions are filled at a pharmacy. Medication costs are the patient’s responsibility and are not included in program fees.
Is counseling required?
No. Counseling is optional and available for those who want additional support.
Can I start Naltrexone while still using opioids?
No. Naltrexone must be started after opioids are cleared from your system. Your provider will guide safe timing.
Is Naltrexone addictive?
No. Naltrexone is non-addictive and not a controlled substance.
How long will I stay on Naltrexone?
Treatment length varies based on your goals and progress and is reviewed regularly.
Do you require routine drug screening?
No. Drug testing is only used if clinically indicated.
