Emergency & After-Hours Services
No, we do not offer emergency or after-hours services. If you are experiencing emotional distress, suicidal or homicidal thoughts, engaging in self-harming behaviors, becoming aggressive, or are a danger to yourself or others, please seek immediate help.

Location Directions:
Our office is located on the 8th floor. As you exit the elevator, turn right—you’ll see our office directly in front of you. We are located in suite #803.


 Interpreter Services:
Yes, we offer interpreter services at no cost to you. We have access to HIPAA-trained interpreters who can assist in up to 50 languages. These professionals are trained to ensure clear, respectful communication and are committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality at all times.


What to Bring to Your Appointment

To ensure a smooth check-in process, please bring the following items:

  • Your insurance card
     
  • A valid photo ID
     
  • Any relevant medical information, including:
     
    • A list of current medications and allergies
       
    • Hospital discharge paperwork (if applicable)
       
    • Records from your previous provider, especially if you were previously prescribed controlled substances


Yes! All new patients are asked to schedule a free consultation (up to 15 minutes) before booking an appointment or being added to the provider’s schedule. This helps us get to know you and make sure we're the right fit. Thanks for your understanding — we’re excited to connect with you! 


Building Access
To enter the building, please use the intercom system, which is located either in the parking deck on the 1st floor or at the front entrance of the building. Look up our office on the directory menu, and we will buzz you in. 


Parking Information:
You may park in the parking garage located beneath the building—just take a ticket, and we’ll gladly validate your parking. Street parking is also available if you prefer. 


No, we do not offer walk-in appointments. All visits are by appointment only. Please schedule in advance to ensure availability. 


 

Accepted Insurance Plans

We currently accept the following major health insurance providers:

  • Aetna
     
  • Cigna
     
  • Quest Behavioral Health
     
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts
     
  • Optum
     
  • Carelon

If you are not covered by one of these, we also offer self-pay options.

To verify your coverage, please contact your insurance provider directly and ask if mental health services with our clinic are covered under your plan. You can also call our office, and we’ll be happy to assist with basic verification and provide any documentation you may need.


No, we do not offer payment plans or sliding scales at this time. However, we do accept several major insurance providers and offer self-pay options. 


Cancellation and No-show policy:

If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $75 late cancellation fee.
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a $100 no-show fee.

All fees must be paid in full before you can be seen by the provider again.
Please note: Three (3) no-shows will result in termination from the practice.


Accepted payment for motor vehicle accident cases:
Yes, we accept motor vehicle accident cases. We will work directly with your auto insurance company and are willing to wait until your case settles for payment.
Please note: a Letter of Protection (LOP) from your attorney is required to proceed with treatment. 


Accepted Payment Types
We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
     
  • Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA)
     

Please note: We do not accept cash or PayPal. All payments, including any copays, must be paid in full before being seen by the provider. We kindly ask for your understanding in this policy.
