• 30-Min Standard Follow-Up– $117  Medication/symptom review, Managing one primary concern. "Ideal for streamlined care when things are mostly stable". 

• 45-Min Breakthrough Session – $167   "Long enough to address complex concerns, medication adjustments, addressing multiple symptoms or diagnoses (e.g., anxiety + ADHD) or integrated care, without the full commitment of a 60-minute visit."    

• 60-Min Comprehensive Session – $197       

 Ideal for those recently hospitalized, newly diagnosed, or needing time to unpack and reset.
This session supports mental health care planning, mood stabilization, medication adjustments, dual diagnosis support, referrals, and coordinated care.
Also ideal for individuals with worsening depression, aggression, suicidality, substance use, or behavioral issues (e.g., violence, legal trouble, running away), as well as DCS or legal cases involving alternative housing (e.g., juvenile detention, group homes, halfway houses), or recent placement in inpatient or outpatient treatment programs.
